Insurance, fitness, small pets and terms

INSURANCE

During their stay and for 72 hours after departure, your cats will benefit from Pet Plan's 'top tier' 5 star insurance plan, covering Veterinary fees up to £1,500. Please note ‘Pet Plan’ cannot cover existing conditions.

FITNESS

For the safety of other guests, cats suffering from an infection, or are otherwise unfit cannot be accepted. Un-neutered Toms over the age of six months (subject to your Vets judgment) cannot be accepted.

SMALL PETS

Seperate boarding facilities are available for Rabbits, Guinea-Pigs and Tortoises in our purpose built 'Small Pets Hotel'. Hutches, Dried Food and Vegetables are included in the Boarding Fee. See the ‘Small Pets Hotel’ page for more information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The dates that are booked are the dates that will be charged. If stated, at the time of booking, cats collected before 12 noon, will be given a half day discount. Full ‘Terms and Conditions’ are available on request although a copy will be sent to you with the booking forms.
